By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆GENERAL⋆✴︎˚｡⋆Commissions are for personal use only. My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement. AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs. I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw. Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is. You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $5 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage!

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆PAYMENTS & FEES⋆✴︎˚｡⋆All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆REVISIONS⋆✴︎˚｡⋆Revisions are only available during the sketch phase. Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆DEADLINES AND DELIVERY⋆✴︎˚｡⋆Expect your drawing to take 3 days to 3 weeks approximately. I will keep you updated if delays occur. If you wish to skip the queue and be priority, the fee will be $10 USD. You will have to directly message me that you wish for a rush fee.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS⋆✴︎˚｡⋆I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
• Promote myself and my services. Post on social media and in my portfolio. Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆REFUNDS⋆✴︎˚｡⋆I may cancel and refund a commission at any time. You may cancel before payment is made. Once payment is received, refunds are not available. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Filing a chargeback will:
• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork. Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence). Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit. Result in a formal complaint against you.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆COMMISSIONER RIGHTS⋆✴︎˚｡⋆You may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes only. Print the art for yourself. Post it on social media with credit to me "@schleembly".You may NOT:
• Use the artwork commercially without permission. Commission art/services using my design/work. Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me. Remove signatures/watermarks. Resell or redistribute the artwork. Modify the artwork without my consent. Use artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects. Publicly talk negatively about me, my art or how long it takes for a commission to be finished.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆BLACKLIST POLICY⋆✴︎˚｡⋆Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence). The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆IMPROVEMENT/RE-DRAW POLICY⋆✴︎˚｡⋆As an artist, my style and skills naturally evolve over time. By commissioning me, you agree that your artwork reflects my level and style at the time of creation. Previous commissions will not be redrawn, revised, or updated for free due to artistic improvement, style changes, or personal preference over time. Any requests to remake or significantly alter a past commission will be treated as a new commission and charged accordingly.

For example: eye shape, lashes, extra fur (pony), nose shape, eyebrows, etc.Sketch pages are SKETCHES only. So they DO NOT contain clean lineart. There will be three big main poses that fill the page. Two-three smaller poses and two-three expression in margins (whatever I can fit). These are also SKEBs. This means I will be NO REVISIONS, so I won't contact you until I have the finished product. You can give me a description of your character and their personality so I can coordinate poses appropriately.
